Data Recovery Technician

We are in need of a talented individual who is a creative problem solver familiar with the latest media specifications and software and is undaunted by difficult recovery needs. We need someone who knows the hardware mechanics of a hard drive and is able to come up with troubleshooting solutions that work. Advanced knowledge of UNIX/ZENIX, Novell, PC-DOS & Macintosh are a big plus. If you thrive on challenge, have the know-how to quickly navigate time-sensitive situations, we would love to hear from you.

Market Research Analyst

We are in need of a Market Analyst who collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential service markets. The main responsibility of a person in this position will be:
- Identify and monitor competitors
- Research market conditions or changes in the industry
- Identify and evaluate potential service markets for future geographical expansion of the company
- Identify and evaluate potential customer reach points
Requirements: - A Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required, Masters degree a big plus
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing research or related field
- Previous experience in IT industry preferred
